is it against the rules to vend in fields dungeons or other towns ( other than prontera )

It's fine to vend in other towns. Why would you vend in a field?

The rules state that it's not allowed to autotrade in a map with monsters (the 1 wild rose in town doesn't count).

well..have one of my venders sit in ein field where geos are vending arrow quivvers, pots, fwings, bwings , ect
