Like Ayu said, Sign Quest is only required for a small portion. 1 out of the 10 announced part to be exact.

It may sound silly but for the dance part here's how I did it the first time (the other time I just managed to follow the instructions in time).

I put little paper on my computer screen, showing each of the 4 directions, with indications such as A,B,C,D or 1,2,3,4.

Then I noted down each step in the dance on a piece of paper and converted that to my ABCD system and made a list that I pinned down next to my computer screen so I could easily view it while "dancing". (Carefull the last wave of moves changes sometimes).

Also, you know the tiles to dance are kind big, you don't have to go to the middle of the tile each time, just the tile within the edge will work just as well and saves you some time.
