Meh Archer Bug

My archer i BELIEVE is bugged because I cannot start the Bard quest. When I talk to Father Christmas he wont give me any items. Ive tried talking to him like 20 times and walking in and out of the house numerous times. So I really dont understand why I cant start the quest. If you would check it out that would be nice. Thanks.

Did you talk to the wandering bard in comodo first?

Just make sure to follow each step, you have to talk to the wandering bard, and I think to jakk frost, then to santa (the one in lutie not in alde), etc. you'll have to talk to many of the Lutie townfolks as well.
