2nd part of Event requires guild cooperation, so as Pandora suggested to keep all the guilds who aren't interested out of the event, we'll start a thread here for "sign ups."
All guild leaders who don't mind to have their guild involved within the upcoming Event Arc in the 2nd/3rd part, please post here.
