Problem with the Sign quest

Ok, i was doing the sign quest and everything was just fine. Until it came down to the last part where you have to fight some monsters in Nif.
I chose to give the emblem to the Witch, and she gave me the tonic and the 5 wich emblems. Me and my party went into the wich room and talked to her. she only says "Please wait a bit. Im still trying to finish these reaparations" over and over again.
I already tried talking to Serin, equiping the golden ring, Getting all the Witch emblems back. It was useless, the witch wont warp us to the Map where Serin is.
This seems to be a really annoying Bug, any suggestions?

Acording to the script it's because someone is already inside Serin's room(if it's not glitched). So try to wait for some time, if you didn't already x.x

Ohh, that could be it. I'll try again in a couple of hours. It doesn't surprise me as a lot of people were doing the sign quest recently.

You're welcome =D but if it's still like that after some hours and tries it could be a glitched NPC =/
