How can i leveling fastest ? ( I'm playing Acher ,want to become Hunter (Falconier agi 80 dex 90 luk 60) -> Sniper)
How can i abate lag ? ( Delay so much when i playing although I update full Kro and Hero <I don't install Sakay because i think it's useless ).I'm in GMT +7
How can i make a wind wing ?
Where is earning money fastest ?
What time is WOE at my place ? ( GMT +7)

Archers are one of the fastest class to level so you're in luck. I suggest getting your dex first and with fire arrows go kill plants. Until level 30 stick to mandragora and then flora, after 30 goto geographers. Later on you can try soils.

You are located far from the server, so if you have a slow connection lag is inevitable. Make sure you got nothing sapping the connection such as downloads, check that you have lots of available space on your computers, a clogged computer can make the game lag.

To find the npc for Wind Wing, think of the wind element. You can also politely ask on @main if someone will pm you more hint or the location. They are not allowed to answer directly over @main however, since it's a custom quest.

You can learn to mine in coal mine, that system can generate some nice zeny. Or just go hunt a rare card from low level monster, such as zerom, hydra, thara, etc.

WoE at your place should be:
Thursday from 8 AM to 9 AM
Monday from 1 AM to 3 AM

64k internet, and im in Australia, I only lag during things like ToH mass battle and thats only a little. I swear my internet was born for heRO or something I only lag when the server does.

Also as Panda said just keep killing earth elements till your 99/70 try out knockers at thor2 if you can. 20k job exp *drools*

He might be able to pull off playing with only iro, as long as he doesnt go to the newest places. But usually sakray is recommended.

Hunter can level well in many places, it's a pretty versatile class. For the first few levels Soil is still great. Then you can try seal, or anolian, and rachel sanc is still decent. I leveled a bit at odin its great base exp, but you need to have mastered trapping to survive there ^_^
