Headgear with Pecopeco's wings on it. It makes wearer to move as fas as Pecopeco.
Increases movement speed by 5% when equipped.
Decreases Attack Speed by 10%. Reduce Casting Time by 5%.

Very confusing headgear, but if you look at the item script according to RMS... the "correct" description is:

Increase movement speed by 5. (5, not 5%)
*Increase* casting time by *25%*
Decrease attack speed by 10%

The odd thing is it makes you gain aspd, does the script show that too?

bonus bSpeedRate,5; bonus bAspdRate,-10; bonus bCastrate,25;

Script for Doppelganger card:

bonus bAspdRate,10;


A faster aspd should be a positive number, unless doppelganger card turns out to make you slower.
