Each Great Nature sells for 1500 zeny normally, while each green live sells for 500 zeny (w/o OC bonuses). Example: 10 GN would sell for 15000 zeny, but 60 green lives sell for 30000 zeny, thats if your luck is terrible. This is one of the reasons why monks stay at sleepers for forever.

Monk Leveling Spots 75-99:

Besides the great options mentioned by Linnea, Stalactic Golems one north of Comodo give decent exp for occult/investigate monks, and also have a decent elu/rough elu drop rate if one needs any in this mining world.

The star crumbs from the golems are no joke either and sell pretty good :D
...Too bad their card sucks and isn't even hatter I thinks though. ;(

Mhmm.. Maybe we could add a gunsligner part here?

Seeing as though I'm a gunslinger, I hope there are others though I levelled like so,
1-14: Normal Monsters, like training grounds etc. (Poring, fabre, etc.)
14-50: The map north of einbroch hit and run the metalings, good exp lol.
(I am still currently doing this so I'll just update this whenever)

Currently a lvl 44 GS after 6-7 hrs.

on Gunner you can go kill Geos or plants outside of ice dun from lvl50 onwards did that till lvl70 on my gunner and still sometimes go there...can prolly do that tilllvl75-lvl80 if you have the nerves for it :D

To fill that gap on Assassin lvling...
lv 45- Jobchange: Leaf Cats, if you have a Priest you might want to try Parasites. If Leafs hit you too hard go to wolves, you kill them pretty fast and they are quite dense on the map.
Jobchange - 65: Get Grimtooth ASAP!! Then try to get 2 fortune swords and a set of Ele Katars (fire and ice are pretty cheap). You can do Minorous mobs w/o fortunes, or try yourself at Hill Winds where I would strogly recommend the fortunes.
After that, usual places would be High Orcs, Rachel 1 (or deeper if you have a loyal Smokie pet) or Anolians (which you can do up to 99).

mmm IMHO as opposed to going to ayothaya (getting the items and the fearsome wootans), it would be good to just go to yuno and hit those autumn leaf cats...

remember 1 important thing, leaf cats need 120 hit!! so that requires dex...
but they are fun and give whopping j-exp... the rafflesias aren't too hard and give decent exp for that much hp...
