well, i'm not entirely sure how the pvp warper works as far as saving your current location before teleporting you to the pvp room, or maybe it just uses your kafra save point info, but it would be interesting to see how that would work if you warped to the pvp room(s) from different towns.

The pvp warper stores no information about where you came from, it only warps you to the room. When you die you return to your save point.

Not to mention, there is no way to get out of the pvp room except to teleport (to save point), butterfly wing (save point again), or dying in battle/@die (still going back to your save point.)

Weapon repairers and other official NPC most likely, we won't add additional numbers of them.
