Abusing is Illegal

Last Saturday a new quest was added for new players, however there was a bug in the quest which allowed players to abuse the last step and obtain Cookie Bags in large quantity.

We have a rule on heRO about this:

• Do Not Cheat
  If you find a bug or abuse, report it immediately to the GM Team via PM on the forum. Failure to report a bug or abuse is considered a violation of this rule and the passives will be seriously punished.

This occured during ToH and there were 2 active GMs online, in addition to other alternative methods to report (forum/ticket system), so really no excuse for abusing this without saying a word.

We have decided to give offenders a few days to rectify their mistake before we apply punishment, which we have not yet decided upon but I strongly you use this chance we are giving you.

Those who abused will have to find a GM in game and first off apologize, then they must hand over the amount of extra Cookie Bag obtained.

Kur0r0_Luc1f3r = 92 Cookie Bags (Found in his storage by GM-Pandora)
Lothz??= 437 Cookie Bags (Fully Refunded GM-Pandora: Done)
Finnigen = 14 Cookie Bags (Fully Refunded to GM-Mystra)

Lastly, Teyot has to give back 65 Cookie Bags, but no need for apology because this player reported the bug. GM-Ayu: Done

If you opened or no longer have the Cookie Bags you'll have to obtain more to reimburse your debt. Either by purchasing them from players, or making them yourself (an orphan can make them in the Orphanage).

You have until Saturday September 6th 2008 to comply.

I didn't notice the bug, I just did it on different characters for fun ^.^

They wouldn't have to return them if they have not clicked the npc so many times to abuse "free items" without reporting.

...we apply punishment, which we have not yet decided upon but I strongly you use this chance we are giving you.

I extended the due date an extra week, up to September 6th, after that punishment will be given for abusing.
