Forum accounts and game accounts are different if this is your first time.
In addition, user names and passwords are case sensitive.

hopefully you can play now, if not please read the forums about registering...

furthermore, before playing i believe it is best that you spend 1-2 hours looking at the forums and heRO wiki. Will save you a lot of time later on...
