Important! Halloween Quest Bug!

There's a very important bug regarding the Halloween Quest on Oct 29th and 30th. If you are doing this quest after the 30th, this doesn't concern you.


AFTER the part where you visit Poring Island when you return to the dedicated scholar in Yuno, type the answer in the first chatbox. If you get it right you realize that it's looping now. Type "aaa" (or any wrong answer) in your chatbox the 2nd time, and you'll get out of the infinite loop.

If you realize that you got "Honey Pastry" and "Pasta Pastry" due to mistype of any sort, do NOT drop them on the floor or consume them. Keep them in storage. GMs will come around asking you for the extra food back starting on Thursday and after by looking at the logs for this quest.

Should the logs report that you took more than 1 Honey Pastry and Pasta Pastry out of this quest, GMs will ask you to give back all the extras that you took within a week. Failure to do so will result in result in punishment due to abusing a known, reported bug.


Cactuar and Kevin reported the problem and has already handed in all their extra items. Thanks very much for your honesty about the problem.
