when i finish DL and Patching the Client then i go to START the game

suddenly a popup appears :

Windos XP Setup : please go to control panel to install and configure
system components <---- am i the only have this pop-up or.

4give me im not a comp-wiz


what to install and configure anyway ? is it the game to be added in
the program ? pls help

Run setup.exe and save the changes. Then retry.
