another idea would be nobles from different places! why get stuck being a noble for midgard when you can be a noble for the ar.... something something continent~ (the one with Rachel LOL) or or a princess from moscovia? =D

...im against Nobles from different places only because of how utterly difficult it would be to explain, and that it would add more Ranked Noble spots eliminating the grandeur of being Ranked.

what's difficult to explain? and the new places dont have to have the large scale noble hood midgard has, maybe 3 total ranks for Schwaltzvalt republic and 1 for Amatsu and Ayothoya, 1 for Moscovia and 1 for Gonryun~ for a total of 6 + 10(?) original grand total of 16 ranked nobles. imagine 8 per alliance.... the carnage!!!

Nobility is allegiance unrelated. That's why it's only in Prontera, the permanently-neutral city. We aren't going to establish any more nobility outside of Prontera for certain.

It wouldn't make much since anyway Schwartzvald is a republic and has a president and Arunafeltz is controlled by the church (Dunno what they call that, sorry).

Arunafeltz is a theocratic nation (ruled by God/Religion), though not sure if that's accurate or not since I didn't do most of the arunafeltz/nameless island quest.
