[HELP]Problem with login

I'm??sorry for my english, i'm italian

Hi i want to be a new heRO's player but but something with the installing process don't work proprerly:

1 I can't download by myself the istallation's file, so i took that file from a friend,who now play on heRO(The file is the one reported at http://www.hero-server.net/ in the download section "Full istaller")

2 I installed ragnarok without any problem, then i started patch

3 During the patch i had some problem becouse an error "Cannot download file number ******" close my patch prgress many times, when i try to restart the patch it goes normally on without problem since another error like the first one.I continued to go on with the patch since it finish

4 I tried to launch ragnarok but my computer closes ragnarok istantly

how i can do?Someone who solved the same problem can contact me?

Right click on the HeRO patcher and click properties, then make it run as administrator.. It's probably a windows vista permissions problem.

doing as you said the patch goes very well but ragnarok is immediatly close when i start it

If you have a firewall or have windows firewall enabled try to open an exception to the hero client or just turn it off.

Post a screenshot of your RO folder and we'll try to help you. Also, how much Ram do you have? And how much free disk space?

I tried it doesn't work

I've 512 Ram and 8 GB on my hard disc

Open the file neoncube.file in notepad and tell me what number is there?
