Don't use on a prof. Theres much better weapons. unless your a cast prof
Combo monks are ugly with int+, dex+ and matk+
Wizards would be awesome with the wand because 23+ matk% plus the stats is good. You could try 2 drops cards in it but I think it would be a waste.
