Porcellio Card ??

Am i just deadly unlucky or is this card just an oca drop?
i killed now over 5000 and still no drop...

i got all other drops from that monster, why i ask is if i @mi Porcellio there is a text "This Monster has no Drops"...

so the porcellio on ein_fild09 can 100% drop the card with 0,03% ?

One would assume so. Are you sure you've killed 5,000? That's a lot. =p

A few years back when I was hunting SS cards I killed so many to find them I lvl'ed from 62 to 81 on nothing but SS's until I found the last card. I did the math and it came out to 1,762 SS's. Took me forever. Are you positive it's 5,000?

yes because jubilee has a 100% drop chance, and i store all. ;(

I did the same with the soldier skels, but I forgot how many skel bones I got.??So, I did the math with he assumption it was a 5x server.??It was the last server I was on because I know my gf of the time gave me one of the SS cards. So, actually I killed 1,762 SS's to get just the one card as the first I bartered for, the second was given, and the third I finally found.

After killing 5000 Monsters of a kind you have a
77.69 % chance
of getting the card...
You're just as unlucky as somebody not getting a 75% drop on the first kill!
Don't give up. The chance may never reach 100%... but it'll become very close to that after 5000 more porcellios (after 10k it's 95% chance)
The Worst thing to do would be giving up now, when you're invested so much time and effort already...

That's not true!

Your chances are always going to be 0.03% of getting a card.??Killing x amount of monsters doesn't transfer monster to monster thereby raising your chances.??There is no derivative - your chances are always fixed at 0.03%.

Sure, perhaps your probability of obtaining a card rises, but "probability" is not a guarantee (it means it's probably going to happen).??No matter how many monsters you kill each monster is going to remain at a 0.03% likelihod of dropping a card.

Killing 5,000 monsters brings your probability above 100% (150% actually), but you can see you've yet to obtain a card.??So, let's throw probability out the window and keep in mind that each monster retains it's 0.03% chance of dropping a card - no matter how many monsters of that type you have killed.
