The sign Quest

Hello there!!

Someone in my guild (who dont speak very well in english) started the sign quest! And almost at the end, an npc bugged! The npc was suppose to take four items to make one, but a next or close botton left! He lose his four items but didnt have the other an cant restarte this part....

This is this part( in part 5 proove yourself ):

You'll get the Fragment of Soul once you break the seal. And when you break the fourth seal, you'll get Piece of Spirit.

The last seal text windows bugged and he cant finish the quest....
