He had MVP cards, not just any MVP cards, but Dark Lord, GTB (I think might be wrong), and Garm??(which he bought off Tripp).

He used and abused the DL card??Raking in massive profits from??Pure vit/int builds in Geffen 3 simply by??OC-ing the regular loots. last count I saw,??he had like 32 Deviruchi cards and x Amount of nightmare cards (obviously nightmares vended a little better than devi.)

He had an Arsenal of good gears, and??a massive??Stockpile of Bombs for his Creator to chuck at your face.

He wasn't??perma banned in game, but??I never saw him come back here again after he got that 1 week ban for trying to bypass his perma forum ban by using his GF's account.

Also, one of those is Bloody Acid, the other is BIoody Acid

He's still around. How else does he participate in the noble's MvP event? Forum ban has no effect on ingame activities unless you try to bypass the forum ban itself.

nah, i saw him set up shop after the forum ban but before the subsequent reboots.

furthermore, although i must say that he might have market monopoly on some items that he vends (making it feel more like showing off rather than really vending xP ), he does seem to overprice some of the lesser cards / items that are readily available in other shops...

all in all, he might not be a likable person, but i respect him for really working his ass off getting all that stuff.
and meh, he must have much much more than 1 bil, it's just that apparently that's the maximum amount of money you could carry in 1 char...

There was a few weeks back a use of azoth/hylozoist card on some mushrooms and it made monsters that killed merchants. I think the GM's used @raise the map after it was done.

Actually he never used my account. I visited him when I went on vacation, around the same time that the new SVN was coming out, and I thought hey I'm going to check out the forum. Of course I came up as having the same IP as they did. We contacted the GMs to explain, they then decided that my explanation wasn't enough. Even though he never remade a forum account, he'd browse as a guest and if he saw something interesting in the market section, he'd ask me to bid for it or PM the person asking them to talk to him ingame. I was told that the GMs would discuss it further.

I'm still waiting on a word back.

Bottom line, don't bother trying to explain yourself. They'll either find another way, or make you wait while they discuss things until your ban is over and then never get back to you either way.
