a. what koha said about arbalest[1]...

b. Loli ruri does NOT cast lv 10 heal... only 5% for lvl 3 heal...
different to how enchanted peach tree works, because enchanted peach tree has "getskilllv" while loli ruri does not...

c. i see a lot of ppl put in falcon muffler... personally i feel falcon mufflers are only better than pantie+undershirt when you have a worthwhile armor -which most newbies don't have... so jumping from 30k to 2-3m + whatever it costs for your "worthwhile" armor is quite a huge margin...
sure the PD is grand, but really for those who need falcon mufflers (agi/flee lovers), i still think pantie+undershirt is better...

d. Geffen helm is good for the def i guess, but the effects are not that great imho... i dunno, i tend to go with goib's set or morph's set for my monk and/or clown and my autocast sage uses an advanced mini propeller more...

e. Opera masque is OK i guess... though imho it's kinda easier and better to get those mad eyes from savage whatever its name is and get a heRO 4th year backpack

f. well i would agree that STR vesper core is "better" than a mantis ring in some situations, but mainly because of the level reqs. Otherwise the mantis ring still gives the most STR bonus. Now if you're wearing a STR acc because you want to maximize your ATK capabilities, you're probably a high-STR build and thus getting the most STR bonus to reach the higher tier would be better... for example: an LK could get (through full STR gear) 99+31 STR unbuffed if he/she wore mantis rings, but we can't say the same about STR cores...

g. aliot card: i like the +2 STR, my wife's LK swears by it...
just not so much for the "morph-shawl wanna-be" option though...



My list:

1. <3 formals mainly for the weight really... i have some stocked up for my bathory card, but i fear of overupping them...

2. and silk robes[1]! easy to get, wide range of classes, comparably lightweight, +10 MDEF!

3. Enchanted peach tree card... would love to make a high int high vit crus just for that card...

4. Goib's set: cheap and hax. I use it way more often than a more costly morph set... The shoes are probably the cheapest standalone shoes one can get in HeRO...

5. Vali's manteau... no fuss neutral resists, what more can you ask for?

6. Dagger of Counter!!! +7 it, endow your own autocast sage, and voila!

and you didnt use something silly like a picky armor or shelter or hornet card.??

Instead of the +10 headgear with seyren windsor, you can use vanberk + slotted sunnies with another vanberk, it will be cheaper

remember 2 cores adds 2def, 6mdef, and 20atk >>> mantis ring
If you want to use raydric or noxious in woe you cook +2 str food or easy-to-farm +3 str food.
