(Actually this is update done without an actual reboot, but we'll list the changes here anyway. Yes, we are ninjas, and we have ninja updates.)
Monster Changes
- A lot more monsters now drop custom pet tame and custom pet food besides the monster itself (eg. Nine tail isn't the only one who drops Tofu and Starball anymore). The changes are too numerous to list, so I suggest using @whodrops to find out about drops that interest you and your pet.
- Lady Tanee no longer teleports when she is attacking (she will still randomly teleport when she is not engaged in battle.)
- Lady Tanee now uses ganbantein at extremely frequent ratio to fight Pneuma instead of teleporting away
- Lady Tanee's Defender level increases drastically at much more frequent rate of usage
- Lady Tanee now drops 'Flowers of Tanee' custom headgear as a new item at 22.50%
- Osiris now drops Chakram at 3%
- Mistress now drops Red Square Bag at 3%
- Orc Lord now drops Erde at 3%
- Ifrit now drops Lucius's Armor of Volcano[1] at 3%
- Ifrit now drops Ring of Flame Lord and Ring of Resonance at 6%
- Seyren Windsor now drops Roubel** at 0.3%
- Eremes Guile now drops Krishna at 0.3%
- Margaretha Sorin now drops Corce Staff** (compensated) at 0.3%
- Howard Alt-Eisen now drops Berchel Axe at 0.3%
- Surtur now drops 2 enriched elunium and 2 enriched oridecon
- Surtur's ASPD is lowered and no longer uses Maximum Overthrust
- Selkie's ASPD and attack power are lowered
- Satan Morroc (Quest) now drops the Continenal Seal Guard Quest accessories as MVP drop
- Morroc Incarnation (Angel) is now the proper element
- Pouring customized in drops to be a new miniboss Poring (use @mi on it)
- Midnight Jack has his drops changed now that Halloween is over
- Hollow Poring now drops Poison Bottle
- Hollow Poring now drops Witch Hat, Purple Bat Doll at 18% up from 15%
- Hollow Poring now drops Spiderweb Wings at 7.5% up from 3%
- Garden Watcher exp increased drastically
- Garden Watcher's Lightning crash skill is now only hits once
- Garden Watcher no longer drops Ceasar Sword, but now drops Geledria
- Garden Keeper's rate of using quagmire is lowered
- Garden Keeper's int is lowered
- New world monster in Manuk and Splendide generally received Exp boost
- Pinguicula and Hillsrion are now aggressive
- Fixed a bug where Nepentis suddenly uses a def-piercing attack that deals 6000 poison damage (it's now working at it's proper level, dealing less damage)
- Tendrilrion now drops OCA at 100% instead of MVP drop 60%
- Hardrock Mammoth no longer uses Magic Mirror, but will now use Dragoon Fear instead
- All Nidhoggur Dungeon monsters have their drops/stats re-balanced after long trial period and observations made about them in events and DB
- Piamette now drops Kafra Band, Jewelry Box and Kafra Ring instead of Hat Voucher, Marionette Doll and Shoes[1]
- Fixed a bug where Skoll tries to fire breath himself and now properly targets the players
- Skoll Pup can now use meteor storm lv 5
- Desert wolf pup now drops Nursing Bottles
- Garm Baby now drops pinafore and nursing bottles at 100%
- Brasilis monster data added and ready to go (after we fix their sprite bug, we can start seeing them in action)
Item Changes
- Elemental Sword's is improved in its resemblance to the original. It can now launch potentially all 4 bolts at once instead of one of the 4 at a time only. However, it still cannot guanratee that if the first cold bolt is launched, then the other 3 will always follow. Right now, all 4 bolts have its own activation percentages.
- Kafra dolls now follow official activation rate (which is generally an increase compare to before)
- Added red square bag and erde
- Item DB expanded in anticipation for the future
- Roubel compensational effect: increase bash and bowling bash's attack power by 6% at all times (original effect: when using bash or bowling bash, there is a 0.5% of increasing bash and bowling bash's attack power by 20% for 15 seconds)
- Croce Staff compensational effect: Assumptio cast time decreased by 20% (original effect: when casting blessing 10, chance to cast heal 10 at 5%. Sadly, beyond my ability to script it with what we have so far.)

New Content/Fixes
- Mission BBS board moved to be closer to Prontera spawn point
- All MvP respawn time has been fixed and corrected to be identical to RMS readings unless mentioned below:
- Kublin spawn time: 2 hours with 10 min variance
- Skoll spawn time: 2 hours with 10 min variance
- Tendrilrion spawn time: 2 hours with 10 min variance
- Hardrock Mammoth spawn time: 6 hours with 10 min variance
- Piamette (in both guild dungeons) spawn time: 8 hours with 2 hour variance
- Pouring added to Poring Island, quantity of 1, respawn time 60 min with 30 min variance (identical to other poring minibosses)
- Pandaring added to Poring Island, quantity of 1, respawn time instant
- Skoll Pups added to Magma 1 (5) and Magma 2 (5) in slightly higher quantity than before
- Snow Bunny added to Lutie field (7), Toy Factory 1 (10) and Toy Factory 2 (10) in slightly higher quantity than before
- Garden Watcher increased to 40 on Fairy Paradise up from 30
- Old Blue Box, Old Purple Box drop list is updated to be identical to RMS, with a few changes in rarity (etc type of items drop rate decreased so chances of getting equipment is slightly higher compare to official.) Also added Seafoam, Pumpkin Mojo, Royal Gold Bullion, Haircut Voucher and Hatter Voucher into OPB.
- Jewelry Box revamp to now include all items that RMS describe excluding orlean's gloves, but also added Angelic Ring, Spirit Ring, Pinguicula's Corsage, Cold Heart, Black Cat, Cursed Star, Linen Glove, Eyeball Ring, Waterdrop Brooch
- Bloody Branch no longer has Tendrilrion in it, but now has Midnight Jack instead as MVP
- Wrapped Mask now drops Bride Mask, Mythical Lion Mask, Kitsune Mask, Smiling Mask, Mask of Despero, Mask of Dolor, Mask of Maero, White Mask (gear)
- All quests in Umbala town, including ore breakdown in groups of 10, is updated
Monster Changes
- Midnight Jack restored back to his stats at the very beginning of the Halloween event (he was changed to be weakened half way during the event)
- Strengthened Nidhoggur Dungeon monster AI to be more supportive of each other and casts supportive abilities on each other
- Dark Pinguicula is now Undead 1 instead of Poison 2
- Re-added all the old "Force" monsters usually spawned by GMs
Administrative Changes
- Intern-Radiance joins the GM team!
Progress Report
Nidhoggur Dungeon is almost fully ready to be released, as we have waited for iRO to release it and now got more reliable information to adjust some of the drop rate of some items. We are also just waiting for GM-Circe's help on making the related party-requirement entry warps for the dungeon in heRO's customization, so hopefully we'll see this dungeon in January of 2010.

Fixes
- Rogue combo card fixed and should no longer autocast intimidate when you have the card combo.
- Crooked hat drop was lowered from 0.01+0.004*monsterlvl to 0.01+0.003*monsterlvl (lv 50 average dropped from 0.21% to 0.16%, decreased by 0.05%)
- Stormy Knight summons slaves again
- Midnight Jack summons slaves again
- Bloody Eater is now ghost property (report if not working)
New Content
- New etc type drops for new world monsters
- Splendide Field 01 opened: contains Dark Pinguicula, Naga, Cornus and Hillsrion. Access via north side of Splendide Field 02 (from morroc, enter the usual warp to mid_camp, then head 1 west, then 1 north)
- Manuk Field 02 opened: contains Bradium Golem, Centipede, Tatacho, Cornus (from morroc, enter the usual warp to mid_camp, then head 2 east)
- Splendide Field 02 has much less Naga
- Splendide Field 03 no longer contain Pinguicula
- Manuk Field 01 has much less Centipede
- Manuk Field 03 no longer contain Nepenthes
- Incarnation of Morroc (Angel) drops Nemesis[0] at 0.6% up from 0.15%
- Incarnation of Morroc (Spirit) drops Sacred Scripture at 0.6% up from 0.15%
- Incarnation of Morroc (Golem) drops Cross Shield[1] at 0.45% up from 0.15%
- Incarnation of Morroc (Human) drops Bloody Eater[2] at 0.45% up from 0.15%
- Piamette's Grimtooth Counter against any ranged skills decreased in level from 10 to 5
- Piamette slave's Mammonite level decreased from 7 to 5
- Sight range of Piamette slave decreased such that you can no longer attack the slave without the main Piamette knowing first
- Hillsrion's Sonic Blow and Wind Attribute Attack level increased, exp increased
- Hardrock Mammoth now uses Heal lv 11 when left idle when hp isn't full, parallel to that of Tendrilrion (previously, it won't heal unless hp is below 80%, now it'll always use it as long as it's idle)
- Dark Pinguicula now uses Status Recovery on any ally monsters with status de-buff, def greatly decreased, mdef greatly increased
- Bradium Golem's Revive ability occurence decreased
- Bradium Golem's Vit decreased to 40
- Draco's Fire Breath-counter when ally monster dies decreased from lv 4 to lv 3
- Ancient Tree now uses Land Protector on any contact with Meteor Storm and Storm Gust
- Ancient Tree no longer uses Earth Attribute Attack
- Phylla's Arrow Vulcan is no longer instant cast
- Dark Shadow uses Demonstration once every 27 seconds, up from 10 seconds
- Monsters from Nidhoggur's Dungeon item drop reworked following iRO's release as *guidelines* (reference; meaning, we aren't identical to them)
- Nidhoggur's Shadow's vit increased to 62 from 30
Ayu's Last Plan In-store
- Nidhoggur Dungeon is all ready to go, now it's just waiting for it to be added once the GM team sort out other more urgent matters. Details of monsters found only in the dungeon will be released when the dungeon is released.
