• Dead Branches no longer spawn monsters if there's 200 or more mobs on map. Instead, you will consume the item and receive a red message on your chatbox saying "There can only be 200 mobs at a time in a DB room." This change only applies to dead branches for now, and spawning over 200 mobs (Using The mushhroom skill, Poring Boxes, Bloody Branches, etc.) still constitutes a violation of the server rules.

Feb Lutia Megapatch
Effect will take place on next reboot

It would be more appropriate to post this when the patch actually takes effect live, but due to my work schedule for this week, I have no choice but to post/write this whenever I have time at night.


Lutia Permanent Release
- Relive old lives of those who perished in the Dark Lord's attack through the Kaldeim library (revisit old 2017 quests for characters who have not done them, while the related NPC has perished in Chronicle of Heroes event last year)
- Changed various reputation points and rewards of points so that it's easier to gain reputation points in all cases
- Lutia costume implemented: similar to Faeheim, you can now craft costumes using runestones and a copy of the original hat. Success rate scales linearly on the rank of the hat, and your reputation with Lutia. Higher your reputation, the less likely the hat will fail or break.
- Ice Queen Fury quest now made easier to sneak into her castle for players who choose that path compare to last year's release. In addition, it is no longer possible to miss out on 150 rep points depending on your choices in this quest, making the quest much less annoying.
- Quest reward hats now (mostly) have repeatable craft options, so that you do not need to repeat the quest and rep points in order to create multiples of a hat.
- Kaldheim Arena is closed for now, but it may make a return in the future!
- Kaldheim and Farsat now has warper and banker functionality

Monster Changes: Stats
- Parus int has lowered from 135 to 125
- Garden Watcher rate of using skills reduced and its damage is reduced by ~20%
- All Lutia monsters have been scaled up in difficulty to match lv 80+ instead of 70+, generally gaining HP and defenses to suit other monsters of the level range
- Lutia monsters are now more distinguished from monsters of the same sprite
- All Horror Toy Factory normal monsters are now undead elemental except for Dancing Marionette, which is fire
- General exp increase for Lutia and Horror Toy Factory (except Snow Harpy and Haunted Teddy Bear, getting a exp/hp ratio decrease)

Monster Changes: Skill Changes
- Eralia no longer summons icicles to attack
- Eralia now spawns 3 Sedora as slaves, and respawns 3 Sedora as slaves when she has 1 or less Sedora left
- Kraken sprite animation timings are updated to reduce "Dark Illusion" animation-dmg delay issue
- Sropho is now a Wind Lv 2 monster instead
- Sropho no longer uses power up and shield reflect
- Sropho now uses wind attack lv 2 instead of lv 1
- Sropho now uses Lv 3 Jupitel Thunder to counter lightning bolt as well

- Pale Vulpine uses elemental attribute attacks randomly for fire, earth, water and wind then morphs to the corresponding element
- Grijze Geit now uses joint beat and bash
- Grayphon now uses Varetyr Spear lv 1
- Frostig Mannesseur now uses a long cast Heaven's Drive that is uninterruptable, or a long cast targetted but interruptable crimson fire blossom once it is no longer at max HP

Item Fixes
- Fixed Rabbit Knit Hat effects and stats to match its item description
- Veteran Axe no longer casts magnum break randomly when you use hammerfall
- Aztoe Nail's additional freeze rate per refine at 7 or higher is fixed to be 0.5% from 0.05%
- Scarletto Nail's stone curse rate is fixed to be 0.4% per refine at +5 or higher, and doubled at +7 or higher (up from the buggy 0.04% per refine at +5 or higher, and doubled at +7 or higher)
- Fixed Green Whistle to decrease SP cost, as originally intended, instead of increasing SP cost
- Fixed Green Whistle to be a percentage, instead of flat SP decrease (or increase, in live server's case)
- Gigantic Majestic Goat is now a transferable item

So alright, we got eviscerated in our poor planning for this set since we only took the old set and increased numbers to power creep it without setting a goal in mind for the set. Now the set has went through a mini-rework so that it's still inferior to other options in terms of gaining HP, but has more offensive stats involved.

Advanced Angelic Guard
-Def 3 => Def 4
-Now provides resistance to all elements, including neutral, for 10%, up from 5% excluding neutral

Advanced Angelic Protection
-Bonus HP 350 => 400

Advanced Angelic Kiss
-new effect: ATK + 20, MATK + 30

Advanced Angelic Cardigan
-new effect: FLEE + 10, Reduce damage from Long Range attacks by 10%

Advanced Angel's Reincarnation

Combo bonus:
-bonus HP 500 => 900 (which now ties the old set's combo bonus)

Talk to the Santa's Assistant for entrance. Join up in a party and vanquish Celine Kimi, the doll that haunts the toy factory for a reward.
