i cant update.
and whats the difference between all the colour heRO?
pink blue green orange

Go to the word document called patch_allow, change the word inside it to allow, save. Right click on the document and go to 'Properties' then make it read only. :D Might fix it for you.

Also, the other colors is what it makes the color of Main chat look like.

You have to update or download the Full Installer, with that you won't need to update for a while.
