I'm sorry is lutie broken?

I tried looking to see if they're were any forums on this, everytime i try to go to lutie i get kicked out and it says "Unexpected error occured !!!"

I'm not to sure on what to do.. has this happened before?

if it's a gravity error, then someone in the town of lutie is wearing a hat that you cannot see on your client cause you lack the file. Be sure to be updated in both heRO patcher and gravity related files.
