Client troubles

Here's a stumper. I seem to be having serious difficulties with the client.
So I run the patcher and when it goes to run the client, it'll bring up the window (I play in windowed mode) and it will freeze. I try clicking on it in the taskbar on the bottom but it won't bring it up. It just sits there, not responding. I can't even quit it. The only way to get rid of it is to go to the task manager and repeatedly clicking end task over and over. and over. haha.
I have no clue what to do. it just started today after playing quite well last night.
I'm posting it here to see if others have had similar troubles and can help me.
I'm also gonna send it in as a support ticket too.
Thank you in advance for helpful posts. Icon_biggrin

RE: Client troubles

ok, well... I'm using windows 7. I'm not exactly sure of the graphics card. it says "Mobile Intel® 4 series express chipset family". direct x version 11.
and I've already tried reinstalling and rebooting computer and stuff like that.
I did something earlier by running a system cleaner that fixed it temporarily. but now its doing the same thing again.
anything else I need to say?
