About Guild Emblem?

My friend's having trouble putting an emblem on his guild, it's a 24x24 BMP but when he tries to put it in it says "Skill failed". What? .-. Does the guild need approval for an emblem on this server or something?

Yes you need to get Guild's Glory to put an emblem up :]
