Geffenia Warp is a temporary warp made when someone uses their quest thing, however, it opens right next to the Prime AFKing benches (the ones you can actually sit on). Does the 3x3 Chat/vend thing still apply when someone makes their chat or vend long before someone ever opens up the geffenia portal?

Or would they have to move

You know since you were picking on my chat the other day from doing this, I honestly can't say for sure if it is or isn't.
But a clarification would be nice on this rule. I don't wanna get in trouble if I leave an AFK chatroom on the benches sometime.
