Client won't open

Hi.

I downloaded the client for this server

opened the patcher, patched the client,

then I pressed "start game"

The client looked like it was going to pop up, but it doesn't

the client doesn't open.

I tried deleting the skin folder, but the client closes by itself regardless. I jsut reformatted the computer, and heRo is the first RO server I downlaoded, so there are no other files from other servers causing an problems.

why doesn't the client run? QQ

edit: I downlaoded a client from another server, but I go the same problem. the client doesn't run afer the patcher.

What operating system are you running?

Can you post a screen shot of your RO folder?

Try reinstalling Sakray >< I think that was what was causing the problem for me when I had this happen

I'm running windows XP SP2.

I downloaded heRo's small client, so my ro folder might be a lil messy =D

This first pic i what I get when I try to open the client. They appear for liek 1 sec then disappear. (you have no idea how many times I had to press the "print screen" key to get that stupid picture)

The 2nd pic is m ro folder. There's sum stuff cut off.

lets hope I did this right.

Uninstall RO, delete folder, download full installer, and install that. Should fix it.

I downloaded the full installer of the other server.

Well, this isn't the other server, try the one this server has.

On a different note.

Try checking the "Setup" program in your RO folder.

It should look a little bit like this:




If the top dropdown box shows blanc, it means you need to update your Graphic card drivers.
