gunslinger elemental bullets

In every server I've played I always see gunslingers wondering why we don't have more elemental bullets (bullets not grenade shells) so I thought id ask here. It'd be great to have like fire,wind,ice,shadow,earth ect. the damage the type of bullets add is debatable but personally I think they should be around 2-7 or something. Anyways, what do you guys think?

While elemental bullets -would- be cool, its just not what gunslingers are made for in my opinion.

We have the grenade shell elements, bullets to cast bleeding, holy elemental, and normal at our disposal for 'slingers. That should be enough, considering the skills they have to choose from.


I'd personally vote for fire bullets, if anything.

ya but then your attackspeed goes and hits the floor, every other class has elemental weapons and stuff and the archers have elemental arrows, it just kinda seems like gravity didnt think ahead about gunslingers when they were designing them to me, we dont evne have a 4 slotted weapon yet as far as i know

As a gunner player myself, I'd say that they're pretty good as is. If one gave them elemental bullets, what makes them any different then the Archer classes? Only instead of bows they use guns.

If I had to suggest anything for them, then how about weapons that are elemental in themselves? Like a Flamethrower-style weapon, a lightning gun, and one that shoots ice bullets or something along those lines.

Because they aren't overshadowed and similar to Sniper enough, let's make customs that hardly help Gunslinger escape its horrible image of being a mini-Sniper...

Namin? will have to disagree on this one... Figure out what Gunslinger is supposed to be and what purpose is it supposed to serve, then build customs/whatever around it to help Gunslingers reach that purpose/role in the game.

There's enough monsters weak to Silver Bullets to level a Gunslinger decently, You just have to find them and adapt.

Payon>Orc Dungeon>Prisons>Niflheim>Nameless would be a decent path to take, with silver bullets.

Desperado and such takes a hell of a lot of sp , though.

I levelled my own Gunslinger with Full Buster off Zombies Prisonners and Dark Frames, quite easy to do if you're not scared by pesky monsters.

Evil Druids and Removers also work, and are also one shottable.
