Can stalker still learn TU?

So basicly a rogue can prevent the lose of his current skill in woe by simply keeping the skill window open? Whats the point of Preserve now?

Not really it doesn't always work, just bugs up some of the time.
As I said its finicky, always has been :x

Really? The only issues I've ever had with learning a skill was when the skill one-shotted me. Other than being one-shotted I've always copied skills just fine.
