A small Doubt About Sign Quest.

I am Doing the Sign Quest Thingy.
But Can any1 tell me which is the npc in the sign quest that grants allegiance Points?
Those who have done it might know about it.
As My Friend has done the sign quest and didn't get his allegiance point.
So is there any custom npc in the sign quest?
To Which I must have to talk for it.

Valkyrie does, at the very end.
I recently tested her, and she grants points at the end successfully for both light and dark.

If you have The Sign, you have the points, as they are given together.
