OH MAN I HATE THAT TAKHARA GU- No, not really.

@ Earlier posts; setting up a local test server's painfully easy once you've tried it. RMS test server's good for random stuff, but it doesn't give you the full spectrum of control.

Also, when testing stuff for heRO, you could technically emulate everything server-side by copying the client-side data's specifications (Weight/effects/etc).
