It also works on Ice Titans and Glast Heim and at Sleepers.
Its awesome on 2H Quicken Sader Dudes, I've seen it in action, what really makes it super awesome is the autocast of pierce when attacking~

i sold off all the ones i found (a good 3-5 or more) when i used to asuracide geffenia like no tomorrow... best PC on it i would say is 3-5m... but really depends on whether ppl feel like making spear saders at all imho...

Its a budget brocca for LK too. They can be fine with it if they are agi built or vit.
