Arrow Band Hat?

Question:

I played on a server that had the arrow-through-the-head joke hat like this:


I asked on main if people know the name of this because I'm not finding anything on RMS with "arrow" in the name.??I don't get an answer, so I look through every single hat and I don't see it.

Was it just a custom this server had then?


Suggestion:

If we don't have it, who thinks it'd be a good idea to make one???=D

It doesn't seem that hard to do. Maybe I'd do it if someone is able to make the .act after.
