The hat Drooping WildRose cannot be worn until base level 30, but the description states that it can be worn by level 20. Please fix.

Nah just level 30 requirement, that description has been wrong since the hat was released ages ago. XD

Most custom hats are level 30+. The ones that aren't are original hats implemented in custom ways.
