Whats With The Laggs ?

I Don't Lagg At All .. But Recently Thers Laggs For 2-5sec. , And Not Just Me But The Whole Serv. So That Means Its The Serv. Problem .. Whats Up With That ?? Its Happening Like Every Half An Hour , An Hour Maby .. Sometimes Much More ..

Non Of Those Answer The Question Because All The Answers In There Are: Check Ur Connection Or Someting Like That .. I Have A Great Connection And Never Lagg ... And The Thing Im Talking About Is The Whole Server Lagg Not Just Me ... It Leads To This >> The Server Has "Internet" Problems Recently .. My Question Is Why ...
