imho, that dog thing is actually a signature from the author's other comics (Rave, etc)... like how all clamp animes seem to have a mokona in it... Sweat

i dunno if the author is the same one that made Boboboboboob(or whatever) too, but even if he did not, i would say that the author of Bobobobo included that character because Bobobo is, if anything, a satire of other comics...
