Sin help: DA with katars

First things first, sorry if I posted in the wrong place, but I have not found a "Classes" section in the forums.

I've played RO for some 3y and have been away for the last one (restarted today), but I have always loved DA katar sins. I would like to know if sidewinder cards still work to get you to lvl 10 Double Attack and if heRO has any headgears that add the similar effect (I remember chick hat).

Yes, yes.

Edit: Chick Hat you can get by Hatter, a custom NPC/quest. Expect a price around 8-10 mil for that hat.

Sidewinder, well, as usual, OCAs or killing that mob. If I remember correctly it goes pretty low lately, like 1 mil or so.
