Window size change help

how do i change the window size?
its too small and cuts half of everything off =[

1. Go to My Computer -> C:/ -> Program Files -> Gravity -> RO -> Setup.exe
2. Set resolution inside Setup.exe (can also set windowed/fullscreen modes)
3. ???
