There are too many custom items in the game that allow for giftbox drop for this item to be worth anything (Specifically the HeRO Cake Hat which sells for ~1M with similar or better gift box drop chance, as well as alot of other things. Inc. +Exp, and chance for regen spell when hit, etc.)

A bid of 100k is probably the highest you'll see.

Why not use it yourself? Get the gift boxes and find out what's inside. Dolls can be sold or used, you might get gold, or just sell it as gift boxes.
