You can try to go into your RO folder. File "neoncube.file" and it should have only 1 number. Change that number to 130, then try running the patcher again to see if it fixes itself first.

(I suspect that your current neoncube.file number to be 136 probably)

Update: I managed to play heRO through heRO_blue, but that still doesn't fixed the patching problem, so I still need help. Icon_razz

I have the exact same issue and even if we change the number to 130, the same message still pops up...

I get that error on the other desktop when not logged into an Administrator account...
Log in as the Admin, patches fine, then log back into the non-admin account and its good to go...
