My in-game account

So i was trying to vote for my points and i typed my password wrong and when i went to retype it and log in it said my account had been permanently banned.
I was just wondering if any GM's can help me resolve this problem?

you failed to type your password wrong many times is myguess and the server temp banned you for ~5-10 mins. It's normal ;o. Does the same thing in ro but just says "Rejected from server"

If you typed your pass wrong too many times it should unban you automatically after about 5 minutes.
