Its a chance, i think its like 5% or .5% one or the other. and it doesnt stack, if it activated it wont activate again till it wears out.

There is no Shadow Walk[1].
However, Hodrems drop Shadow Walks, and I see them selling pretty cheap usually under 30k I believe.
