Is there a warp to Ayothaya Dungeon yet?

I just spent 10k to get to Ayothaya expecting to grind on leaf cats, but of course am stopped dead in my tracks by some stupid thread quest. If I were to leave and get the materials I wouldn't even have enough Zeny to come back. I searched some threads talking about this problem, but they were dated more than a year ago. Have they added this yet?

Indeed, you can use the warper to get to Ayothaya dungeon know.

However, you still need to unlock it, just like any other dungeon, and are required to do the quest to even get to the SavePoint NPC in order to unlock.
