Full Installer Crash

The Full installer w/o BGM crashes at 6% every time I run the executable. I have tried downloading it numerous times and running the new downloads does not change how the executable reacts. Any recommendations on ways to fix this or a different working method to install.

Are you sure it crashes, it looks like it crashes somewhere in the first percentages (as noted in the download thread). Have you tried letting it run for 10 or so minutes before you decide it has crashed?
