If you can get to 85+, I can provide you with some Thor leech. You do nothing but AFK at the entrance, hope a mob doesn't come by and kill you, and get about 40-50m exp/hour (might go down because rates will change back). Up to now, I have only done this for some close friends for free, so I don't know how much I'd charge, but I would charge by exp and not time, because to be honest, I probably couldn't do it for a straight hour, let alone several.

But buying leeching is usually ridiculously cheap. I've seen people quote prices like 200-300k per hour. I mean, you could make 10 times that amount hunting for an hour instead of leeching someone. But I suppose they do it because they want to help out rather than to make money. You could argue that with leeching they could make zeny from the leech while hunting items, but good zeny spots are usually not the same as the good leeching spots, so I don't think that works out.

I think what Krumb was talking about were merely a price guideline as far as those characters.
A person can have an item appraised at a quarter mil, but if the item isn't in supply, then naturally you won't be able to purchase.

The issue with leeching on hero is that after roughly 5 minutes of not walking you stop receiving the exp from the party share. Therefore, an afk leech is not possible. The leech-ee would have to walk a few squares every few minutes.
