I have a couple questions while it goes, about this server (please don't mistake these for newbie questions, I'm just wondering about this server);

1) Do the quests have to be done for the class after novice?
2) Reset NPC? If yes, cost?
3) Warp NPC? If yes, cost?
4) Card removal? If yes, cost?
5) Bank NPC?

If I think of more I'll post, and don't ask me to use the search function cause I'm goin' to bed..buahahhah.
