Starting to suspect it's not just a server-side script malfunction. This happened to me, Silk, and some others just a few days ago, and not once but several times within a period of 10 minutes. At the time, the bans only lasted like 5 seconds, so we were able to log back in and get banned again shortly afterwards for another 5 seconds. It looked like much more than a coincidence because it was only a few targetted people getting repeatedly banned.

Basically what I'm trying to say is I'm starting to suspect a hacker because just now, people in Pront were all getting banned. After I got banned, I logged onto one of my Merchant accounts to find what's up, and again got banned shortly afterward, out of all the Merchants in Pront. I don't think it was just a coincidence.

I agree completely with what navis said someone is definitely messing around I logged into a novice id that I use to look at vendings and shouted at main "WTH WHO IS BANNING PEOPLE OUT OF THE BLUE" 5 seconds late Id got banned

Because it is not the character that has been blocked but the entire account =).

I don't know the usually's of it as I've never had a problem with any server before this.

Admittedly it's a learning experience. However, it is beyond aggrevating and actually quite angering.

what happens if we aren't sure of the email account registered to the account in game?

then panic, then donno what to do, then... i don't know support ticket?

I reckon theres an upset GM banning everyone or someones hacked and given thier account GM rights. More likely the later i would say?

LilLiz it doesn't matter what email you use for the support ticket, it doesn't have to be the one you used to register your account.
