My Account has just been blocked for some reason.. idk why!!

hi GMs... i was playing game, then got disconnected.. after that i tried logging in, and it says " Account ID Blocked by GM master team".. so i logged on another account and chat on MAIN about it, and i could tell that some people got blocked too and is asking and complaining about it too. then this account got disconnected too, then i tried logging in. and its blocked tooo...??Cry??Cry please help. or explain atleast WHY
