I was reading on a DDR site (forgot which one) but they're like you can do this as excercices and lose weight. (All I know is that it's good for cardio IF you're on the pad/mat) and they take no responsibility if you injure yourself after playing 10 time some song in a row on double maniac or something like that

that's the main reason I modded my softpad, actually, that's the only exercise I'm doing Icon_sad Most of the job I did, I was sitting all day long. So now I'm trying to lost some extra pounds (well, I mean ALOT Icon_razz)

well it is a Mario Bros DDR~
So it's songs from those games that are geared to lesser aged people~

But I'm sure it's still awesome since they SHOULD still have some old school stuff in there!
